Two of our passions involve working with Veterans and working with Seniors. Rick happens to be a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and knows first-hand the sacrifice many of our service men and women make, not just for themselves, but for their families as well. He is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and sees it as an honor to help Veterans achieve home ownership and take advantage of the VA benefits offered to them for their sacrifice and service to our country.

We are firm believers in respect and care for our elders. After witnessing a personal experience with his own family, Rick was prompted to become a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and implement systems and strategies to help improve the transition process for seniors. Whether that be downsizing, retiring, relocating out of the area, transitioning into a senior care community, taking advantage of Prop 19 tax transfer benefits, or coordinating a trust sale we've got resources and systems readily available to decrease the burden on the entire family.
